As we watch the news and experience the closing of school’s, sporting events, and many other changes to our daily routine that is going on related to the Covid 19 Pandemic, all of us at Midwest Regional Agency & Farmers Union Insurance would like to make you aware of our plans going forward.

OUR #1 Priority is your Insurance Service needs, as well as the well-being of all or our Team members and customers. So we have made the decision to place some limitations on our management team’s travel schedules out of respect for all.

For each of our individual agency locations across Kansas and Nebraska, they will be making decisions for their individual location, their staff and customers.

So we encourage you to check in with your local office prior to going to the office to see what their plans are.
Fortunately while we all go thru this, the ability of our agents and home office staff to provide you with the service YOU need and require will NOT be compromised. With modern technology most, if not all of the daily activities of service we provide you can be done by phone, email, and even with our new MRA Mobile App!

This is a good time also to make sure your contact information is current with your MRA Agent. Having your current email is a very helpful part of modern communication that we can use to send out timely and helpful updates of an individual office or any other important information. So when you call your local office, make sure to provide them your current email, cell phone, and all your current contact information.
