Downs is located in the north central part of Kansas in Osborne County, and is near Waconda Lake & Glen Elder State Park.
Downs is also home to our agencies longest serving member, Richard Boxum! Richard has been thru many transitions during his 44 years with Farmers Union Insurance and Midwest Agency LLP. Richard is located at 611 Morgan Ave in Downs KS, so next time you are in the area stop by and say Hi to Richard and his staff!
